Our Online Payments Portal has changed as of 12/9/2021.
To begin Setup of your online payments, you will put in an email address as your user id and create a password for security.
During setup you will be asked to provide the following:
-Your Account # (this will be a new account# (found on Bills starting December 2021 or after)
-Your Old Account # (from November 2021 Bills or before) or if you are a New Customer after December 2021, then use the last 4 digits of your phone number associated with your account.

When you have accessed the online portal you can make your payments there and also have access to information regarding your account as far as payment history, consumption history, etc.
Please click on the link below to take you to the new portal where you can register or sign in.
Cut off day is normally the last day of the month. However, if cut off day falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be postponed to the first business day (Monday-Friday) following the end of the month.
Also, EPP (Equalized Payment Plan) is available for your utility payment. Click HERE for the form. Just print, fill out, and bring by town hall to see if you qualify.
